At Allen Funk’s Wallpapers, we provide one-on-one customer service. We help our customers select their wallpaper, and show them a variety of options relating to color, style, patterns and pricing. We cut samples of our in-stock product line, and let customers borrow wallpaper books from our library. Ordering samples from the company is also an option. We provide, if requested, a list of highly qualified wallpaper installers, and for our window blind customers, we have an expert installer.

Just went into Allen Funk, which I had been in before and purchased many times. Unfortunately this time, I had the worst customer service. The woman who was there could not have been any more rude from start to finish. Needless to say I walked out without a purchase and feeling like she had no desire to help a customer. And now where do I go to purchase my 3 rooms of Wallcovering. I guess online?!!!
