      We just moved into our new home. The previous owners left their washer and dryer and we started a load of laundry as we recouped from the hard day. When we went upstairs to finally go to bed (11pm) we found the washer machine had a serious leak. We found 1-800 water damage on the internet and gave them a call. We talked to Red Howard and he came out immediately and started the clean up. We did not have to worry about anything, he handle the insurance claim and we did not have to pay a dime. I have to say, his team did a very good job at keeping everything neat and clean. Heaven forbid, I ever have water damage again, I would call Red to come out. I would also recommend him to my friends.
