I was rear ended in my 2017 Dodge Durango. I never thought it could be repaired to it's original condition. I spent what seemed like forever searching all over for a trustworthy shop online. Then I
happened to see one close to me and called. When I called they told me to come in so about an hour later I stopped into quality auto body. When I went in I was greeted very quickly and then I spoke with Jimmy. Jimmy explained the entire process to me since I was at a loss ( I also had 2 of my young children with me.) He was patient, understanding, and kind. He explained everything and even explained quality auto body worked with my insurance and also could help arrange for a rental! Before I decided to go I was at a loss and so confused. I picked up my Durango today and could not be happier!! It is perfect! I wanted to take the time to thank Jimmy and all of the staff at quality auto body for treating myself and family so respectfully and for such flawless work on my Durango!!

Totally unprofessional . I came into the place to ask for an estimate . The guy in the back refused to get to make me a quote . It wasn't involved with an insurance company , and the other party asked for 3 quotes. So he automatically assumed that they would pick the cheaper quote . So due to assumption, he gave away a work. If this guy is willing to blow someone off like that , then I would not wanna have him taking car of my truck. I guess if you don't have a Benz, Beamer , etc then it's not worth their time .

Iam not one to write reviews, but I must in this situation because Iam so happy right now and so pleased....I had a bad car accident with my brand new car only had 500 miles on my Mercedes and unfortunately someone hit me....Iwas devastated never thought my car would look brand new again nor drive the same...I called Ray Catena Mercedes where I got my car asking them who to go to and they requested u guys QUALITY AUTO BODY in rahway New jersey...I didn't know anyone who went to u guys so I was alittle hesitant....I brought my car there... The receptionist was so nice and made me feel very comfortable and told me not to worry they will take care of everything so I left my car they had enterprise pick me up right there and got me a rental. They arranged for my insurance company to go look at my car and they even got all the parts right from Germany which I didn't know they do that...they called me every week on Friday to tell me what was going on and it only took a month to fix which was pretty good being I had over $30,000.00 in damage... Iwant to thank u guys at Quality so much...my car is perfect even in the daylight u cannot tell at all it was in an accident...I'm so happy that I listen to Ray Catena, my dealer and used u guys...I will highly recommend u guys to everyone I know...thanks again so much!!!!!!

This is THE WORST place ive ever had to deal with. It is an EMBARRASSMENT to RAY CATENA LEXUS that they would even recommend this shop to me. My vehicle was brought to them two weeks ago to have minor repairs made on it, they charged my insurance 16 hrs of work for a 4 inch dent in my roof. They never called me regarding the needed repair on my car- when I called, I had their employee BC (BJ should be his namme) yell and holler at me over the phone. I will no longer use Quality Auto or Ray Catena for these reasons! I still can't believe they do business with this company!

I had my car for less than a week and I unfortunately got into an accident. When I called Mercedes they told me to call Quality for the repairs, I didnt think twice since I the dealer are the ones who refered me to Quality. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my car back and I kept getting the run around and they kept telling me they were waiting on parts. When I finally got my car back there was a huge stain on the bottom of the passenger door that was supposedly brand new. I will never use Quality again and I have no idea how they have all these good ratings if they couldnt even fix a mercedes C300 correctly.

Our Porsche Cayman needed body work. Where to go? Ray Catena suggested Quality Auto Body. I visited Quality and their place was huge; they were working on at least 100 cars. They are obviously a very successful operation, very professional. They did a good job calling me with status updates and keeping me informed. The car turned out great and the whole process was easy.

Splendid service and high quality workmanship. Edgar was very friendly and easy to work with. They took care of me from the second I set foot in the shop to get a quote, providing courteous interactions and free soft drinks while I watched TV in their clean lobby.

My Corvette was hit in front bending the fiberglass hood. I honestly thought it would never be in the same shape again. Took it to Quality and they returned it to me in perfect shape. No problems.

Just received back my car from Quality and the job was well done. I found no flaws with the workmanship. Customer Service was great. I would take my car back again.

This is the first 5-star business that I wholeheartedly agree is deserving of 5 stars.



Some moron hit my car with a shopping cart at a local grocery store while I was inside. The damage was bad - a couple very noticeable dents and scratches on the passenger side. I saw the great reviews and decided to get my car worked on there.



They were amazing - very professional, courteous and attentive. He makes you feel like you are his only customer! His time estimate was spot on (no delays like with other body shops). I noticed a few small scratches when I went to pick up the car, and immediately had one of his guys touch them up.



Although I hope i don't have to deal with another car issue, I will only go to if a situation arises.

First rate service, first rate repairs. Quality is true to its name. No complaints and will have my car repaired there again.
