Madison School provides a range of general academic programs to more than 300 students in kindergarten through grade five. Its syllabus includes English, mathematics, science, social studies, language arts and music. The school conducts classes in computer applications and gifted and talented education. It also maintains a library and media center that features a collection of books and reference and instructional materials. The school organizes a variety of community-based activities, including Toys for Tots. In addition, it offers preschool and after-school programs. Madison School employs basic skills and resource instructors, as well as provides food services. Located in Rahway, N.J., it is a part of Rahway Public Schools, which governs various educational institutions.
