they did the same thing to me. they are very rude and act like they dont have the time of day. i wont be calling back there ever!

Call the agency up to ask a question in regards to registering a vehicle, the lady on the phone was very rude and acted like I was bothering her and I had no right bothering her with my questions. And to think this was just over the phone, I can just imagine what it is like going into the agency and ask a question. All I have to say is, you asked for this job and you ought to be thankful for having one. Don't think that we like to come in there and put up with your rudeness, why don't you show a little bit of customer service we are just doing what is required of every N.C resident, so show some respect.
