I used to like going there. They have gone down in the past year. Service is not important to them. Servers argue infront of customers. It always smells of stagnant water. I don't need all that when I come there. I will not be back....ever!!

I only gave one star because there isn't a 'zero' star rating. Our server was helpful and friendly but the hostess and other staff seemed unfriendly and unhappy. I smelled dirty mop water once inside and even our table, seats and menus smelled like a dirty mop. I was afraid to see the bathroom so I didn't go there. The lettuce on my sandwich was soggy, the cheese was greasy and my onion rings were mushy. I asked for mustard and the server brought two little packs. My husband and I had sour stomachs for the rest of the afternoon. We will not be going back and I would not recommend this applebees to anyone.

This place is so full of cigarette smoke you can't see across the table. Do yourself a favor and drive the 10 minutes to Elizabethtown where all the restaurants are smoke free.
