We provide Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Industrial design services for projects as small as a backyard deck with a $5000 budget to as large as a multi-building Hospital complex with a budget in excess of $15 million. Our client list includes Wheaton-Franciscan Healthcare of Racine, Case Corporation of Racine, the Racine Zoo, Sendik's Food Market in Grafton, Mequon, Elm Grove and West Allis, Racine Lutheran High School, True Life Church of Racine and many, many more. PRICE RANGE Our fees can be arranged on an hourly basis or on a lump sum basis. We are happy to meet with potential clients to discuss their projects and provide a free estimate of our fees.

Butterfield, Rudie & Seitz, Inc. has been a fixture in Southeastern Wisconsin for over 60 years. Originally incorporated as Al J. Seitz Associates in 1945, the name was changed in 1996 to incorporate the names of William Butterfield, Ryan Rudie, and Charles Seitz as principle Architects. Ryan Rudie is now sole Owner of the 6 person firm after the retirements of Charles Seitz in 1997 and William Butterfield in 2001. AMENITY All of our work is done on the computer using AUTO-CAD computer aided drafting for clear and accurate plans and details. We have in-house printing, reproduction, copying and scanning capabilities for drawings as large as 36" x 48". ASSOCIATION Butterfiled, Rudie and Seitz, Inc. are members of the American Institute of Architects, the Association of Licensed Architects, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
