The building was remodeled in 2001 and it's big and beautiful. Park in the lot to the right of the building on Washington St. There is a nice looking children's room. They have interesting events. The hours are long (open until 9PM Monday - Thursday). Unfortunately, its tough to study or concentrate there because the building is inherently loud and talking and using cellphones is tolerated.
