The customer service is horrible. They reject giving service to existing patients without informing the reason (saying it’s internal reasons and unable to disclose). I feel like they are discriminating some people. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I have just got the exam 2 weeks ago here and then, today, my whole family come to this place for the eye exam and eye glasses.
My dad has VSP insurance which covers for everybody in my family for eye exam and eye glasses. We looked around Quincy and then called VSP and got this place recommended.
The doctor is excellent. The exam was so professional and fluent. He found out I got the lazy eye on the left eye which can be fixed because we caught this early enough. The front desk staffs were so nice and helpful. All of my family got glasses and we paid almost nothing due to the coverage of VSP.
I would definitely recommend this place to you!

I just had the eye exam and the contact lenses fitting here. I love the front desk staff. The doctor, no doubt, is awesome! I have Avesis insurance, not many places take, but this office. I paid nothing for the refit exam and can get two boxes of contacts with my insurance coverage.
I definitely come back!

My lucky day today! I have been trying to look for One Care provider and finally I found Comfort Vision. The lady doctor is very nice, knowledgeable and very thorough, the staff is pleasant and helpful. I had my exam done, have a pair of nice pair of glasses ordered with insurance cover in full. Great service, great people. Definitely will come back. Highly recommend this place.

This place is ridiculous...they told us to just come in to fit the contact lense without an appointment. They let us wait for over an hour. The front desk are not friendly. I bought a rayban eyeglasses from this place and it needs to get fixed but they cant fix it. A rayban eyeglasses cost me $200+ from this place...Walmart fix it for free without hesitation. This place is a joke.
