Horrible customer service! Two times in a row I was made to feel like I was somehow insignificant or a bother. Wise commenting and answers to my questions about which fluid to use. Deliberate tone and false kindness from at least two men and one woman enployee. They must Be trained to speak that way or its contagious! Miserable pal except the oldest gentleman!

I recently visited this auto zone and had a great experience!!! For 2days I was trying to find out were I purchased an alternator. Russel checked every name and number I gave him evan the day I bought it. I went into advanced and they had no record of me purchasing it from them either. So I went into auto zone because I always do business there and purchased a new alternator. Spoke with the district manager and he helped me out. I have to say they have some great employees!!! My only part shop!!!
