      General Info
      The Quincy Family Practice Center provides a range of continuous family care services. It offers a residency program and psychological and social services. The center also provides outpatient, inpatient and extended care services. The Quincy Family Practice Center focuses on enhancing health care delivery to medically vulnerable and rural populations. It offers ambulatory care services and conducts research activities in the areas of cancer screening, family-centered maternity care, and rural medicine and smoking cessation. The center also provides clinical teaching services for medical students, as well as offers instruction in counseling, interviewing and communication skills. The Quincy Family Practice Center also provides instruction in osteopathic education. Its residency program is a branch of the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Department of Family & Community Medicine. The center is affiliated with Blessing Hospital, which is a 340-plus-bed facility.
