Awful. Please do not choose this company. They were contacted through my home warranty to fix my AC unit. In doing so, they caused more damage to my condo. It's been 2 months and they still haven't fixed all the problems. The owner, Chris, came out after his technician caused the damage, saying he stands behind his tech's work, and they will fix the damage, but to date, he has refused to call me back, despite my numerous voicemails and texts. Currently, I am waiting for them to fix the physical damage to the outdoor siding and my hot water that they disconnected while there (see pictures). He promised to stand behind their work, but all they're doing now is hiding behind their phone. All I ask is that you do the job you were hired for, is that too much to ask??
