My sister went in today with a gift certificate given to her last year. She got a manicure and pedicure and when she went to pay, they refused to take the gift certificate saying it was expired. There is NO expectation date on the certificate. She only had $35 dollars on her, so they TOOK her cell phone and the $35 until she came back with more money. When she returned with another $20, they claimed not to have the original $35, saying she needed $25 more. She had no way to prove she have the original amount of money, and ended up paying $80 for a basic manicure and pedicure. SO disgusted that people run their businesses this way and would take advantage of her being young and unsure how to handle that situation.

November 2012, I went to this place for a pedicure at the suggestion of my mother. She goes there everytime she come into town for a visit. I had a really positive experience with my pedicure. No wait. The young man chatted when I asked him questions, but wasn't overly chatty when I started to read a magazine. For the money I spent on the Pedicure, I felt the like I received good value.

Very disspointed today. I understand it was busy however I waited 20 minutes for a manicure that only took 10 minutes. No massage even though everyone around me had one. No conservation and no thank you even for her tip. Guess I will be going somewhere else next time.
