I've never had a bad experience with North Country Piano & Guitar. They are always extremely attentive to their customers and will answer any questions you have. I've never seen anyone 'too busy' to help me. With that said, they have gone above and beyond what a customer would consider 'normal service' such as spending extra time adjusting guitar necks without charging for it and making sure that new purchases leave their store looking shiny and beautiful. I recommend them to anyone!

I play an archtop. He insulted my guitar after saying that he couldn't get a "good" sound out of one. Seemed good enough for blues players or for that matter Johnny Cash or Elvis. I wouldn't go in here without knowing exactly what I wanted. I do buy their clarinet reeds when my primary supplier is out.
