Purchased a 2nd hand fridge from them this past July with 30 day warranty. In November the fridge started acting up (not keeping cold). Called Hans at Independent Services and he said he'd come to take a look next week. He didn't come so I called again. Said he'd be there maybe Friday, but definitely next week. Never called or showed up. Called him AGAIN to ask when he could come and he hung up on me. That was 2 weeks ago. Wouldn't trust these people to do what they say they'll do.
