He put me at ease while we spoke and allowed me to evaluate the Santa Fe effectively and, ultimately, led me to loving and buy it. Conversation was easy. I never felt uncomfortable as I asked questions. More importantly, he was comfortable with me and not trying to make a quick sale; he wanted to build a rapport. Bill knew not only all of the features and benefits of the Santa Fe and Tuscon, but he also knew the specs on SUVs in its class. I was very impressed, needless to say. Refreshing, too, is Bill's finesse while explaining all of the technical "manspeak" in a way which I understood.
