Salesperson was knowledgeable and efficient I felt welcome in the store low pressure sales with competive priceing Deliverymen were polite and removed 3 items no charge Mattress was exactly as shown in the showroom I was givin a 10% discount because I had a slight delay while being helped out

BAIT & SWITCH. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I purchased a memory foam mattress from here this past August; I had it delivered the following day. They delivered the wrong mattress that was clearly not a memory foam mattress. After contacting the owner, I was told I had to "wait a week, because your mattress is being *specially made* in NJ" ( as a side note, the window has a sign that says "mattresses in stock") At the end of the week I called again, this time he told me it was going to be another 2 weeks. I told him that I would like a refund because i needed a bed now ( just moved to a new apartment, no furniture) at which point the owner, WAYNE CHERRY proceeded to yell obscenities at me through the phone and threaten me, all the while refusing to refund my money/ give me the bed I purchased. The owner's behavior was horrifying; I still can't believe someone thats in business with the general public could be so out of touch with reality. I have told my family and friends about this in hopes that no one else has to be the subject of this man's shady business practices.
