David was prompt, professional, cheerful and quickly found our problem (faulty pressure regulator). He fixed it in 15 minutes and charged a very reasonable fee.



Another service we had called out misdiagnosed the problem, wanted $600+ to "fix" the problem, and had planned to tear out our walls to accomplish that. In addition, the other guys were clumsy (broke irreplaceable artwork) and rude (said I could glue it back together).



David is a breath of fresh air in a world where respect and great skill are qualities becoming harder to find. We recommend him without reserve for your plumbing needs.

Gave Bobby a call about our broken shut off valve (stuck in the off position of course!) and he came out the next day. He gave us an hour window between 11-12, which was awesome unlike some of the bigger companies where they give you a 4-6 hour window and you're out of work the whole day waiting for someone to show up.

He completely replaced the copper shut off valves and pipes at our new house. He was quick, professional, and fairly priced. We highly recommend him and he will be our first choice for all future plumbing needs!!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink that needed to be taken care of. I called Big City Plumbing and they were very quick to call back and set up a time that worked for me. Bobby arrived just before he was scheduled to (nice) and was very helpful and professional while he got things fixed up for me. Price was great and they even had coupons! I will definitely use Big City Plumbing in the future, I am very pleased with the outcome.

My new walk in shower turned out beautifully. It was designed and installed by Big City Plumbing. From the plumber to the title guy to the lady who did the final touches - a great team, down to earth and fun to work with! The shower is a quality piece of work and all of my neighbors are going gah gah over it.

One of my toilets was clogged could not be unclogged called Big City Plumbing and was able to speak to someone on a saturday the came the same with in 30 min. They were the best priced out of three other companie's i called. and the service was great.
