I write poetry and had been under a lot of stress and in need of inspiration. It had been months since I had written anything, and I went into the Rose Garden to celebrate my birthday with my girls not expecting to weave a tale of whimsy. The place was awe inspiring with garland hanging from the ceiling and soft lights. All the colors and textures blended together to create an atmosphere of inspiration. The food was wonderful and the prices were reasonable. I left having composed an eight stanza poem that would be well suited for a children's picture book. I plan on returning, not necessarily to write but to enjoy a great philly cheesesteak sandwich.
