This was my first trip with Barmar and it really left a negative taste in my mouth. There was a severe lack of communication, no coordination for their travelers, and no accountability with third party vendors. The only parts of the trip that went well, were the parts that were coordinated by the cruise ship directly. Barmar needs to a more proactive stance when representing it's clients.
