Inaccurate and inappropriate information display by Teri f - I received a phone call 5 days after procedure, this being the 1st attempt in contacting me from the daughter, while they were receiving piercings, yes on speaker phone stating she was furious with the work, uneven eyebrows of her mother and the small tattoo placed behind her ear. She was rude and criticizing the work performed, I tried to inform her daughter that permanent eyebrows are a process, this is a known fact, I tried telling her that her mother has an over active forehead muscle which made it very difficult to place her brows 100% even the first time, this also was discussed with her mother at our appointment, after several attempts to draw them on for her the mother I advised her to draw them for herself and this design we agreed to along with the small tattoo behind the ear. After hearing from the daughter not my client the mother, with her 1st attempt contacting me I scheduled the mother to come in along with her daughter to have a couple lines areas removed and re-adjust any pigment and discuss there concerns, neither one showed or called for there appointment. Truly sorry for the dissatisfaction of my clients daughter.

A friend of mine got her eyebrows done by Tonni. They are awful. My friend told Tonni she was not happy with them at the time they were done. Despite her protests, she was sent home dissatisfied and was charged $400!!! The gal (a small business owner) that referred my friend was shocked that she had been treated this way and will not be referring any more clients unless Tonni makes it right. When Tonni was contacted, she was rude and condescending. She blamed the uneveness of the brows on my friend, stating she couldn't relax them. Ridiculous.
