my time at shaken was good until the first time I had any dealings with the owners. Customer service from the owners,( not their employees) is like dealing with a couple of children. They are lucky that some of America loves alcohol. In my belief that is the only reason someone would visit any business they run. They are clueless

Love this place, service is great, food is great, prices are great...I really don't know what the last 2 reviews experienced it's never been that way for us. Always enjoy this place. Great selection of quality beer and my wife loves the raspberry lemon drops. I must admit myself they are pretty tasty. David and Heidi

I agree with the review below, crappy service!!! I was really excited for this place to open because its literally 5 minutes from home. Been there twice and neither time was a very good experience. it takes FOREVER to get a drink in this place! My 3 friends and I waited for over 30 minutes with empty glasses and nobody even came to check on us! this place is small so its not like its so big you can get lost in the shuffle, they just didnt check! it was a busy night, being a saturday, but thats no excuse! I finally got really sick of waiting, and went up to the bar to ask for another round, and was told by the bartender "i cant keep track of everyones tab so you need to order from your table server" WHAT!!!!! are you even kidding me??? Who says that to a paying customer?? The bartenders are VERY slow at making drinks also. I think they're understaffed and over all underprepared to take on a busy night. Also, the hours are no good! What kind of bar closes at 11 on weekends? I work till 9 usually and by the time I get home change and head out its easily 10pm, I dont think I will be going to this place in the future, as well I've spread the word to all those who have asked me about it. A brand new business should be on top of their game, word of mouth and return customers are everything, especially in an area like this!

This place is alright, I went there for my girlfriends birthday the other night, its small, and the staff is friendly, I feel they just need a little more people working during busy times. It took a very long time to get a drink in there, and they were a little expensive. I also wish they had more food options, they have a very small menu, but i'm sure that will come after theyve been open a little while. ALSO, there was an extremely intoxicated man stumbling around the bar, and fell into the wall in front of the restroom, I informed the staff, but unfortunately they served him another drink!!! I couldnt believe my eyes!!! thats dangerous stuff, made me very uneasy! I dont know if this is somewhere I would frequent due to the slow table service and high prices, but for a pre-funk before going to another place, its not a bad stop over!
