Purchased a refurbished CPU for internet use and cd burning. Computer did not have a sound card, which is pretty basic on a computer. No cd burning program was provided, as originally requested. My Computer Consulting did not provide the CPU as I originally requested. I notified them and they said I would have to pay additional costs for the sound card and cd burning program. I asked for them to return my $$ and I would return the computer. I have not received a return phone call. They also did not provide a list of items on a basic CPU setup or price list. Beware, you may not get what you ask for, get it in writing.
