You have to try a tiny amount of each entree or you will be stuffed to the gills...every entree is delicious, and there are soooo many! You can make up your own plate with your own choice of sauce/oil and have the fry cook prepare it for you while you watch. Buffets generally do no table service except for taking away your used dishes, but New China Buffet has a completely unique staff. Tina, Bing, Karen, Joyce, Peggy and Monica are some of the staff we have gotten to know, and they have what you like to drink memorized after your first visit. They keep your glass full, and always have a personal interest in you and how you're doing. Only a curmudgeon would not enjoy their visiting. These Chinese ladies have learned English and Spanish and treat everyone very well. Best eating experience, best food and best price you will find anywhere. My only suggestion for improvement would be for them to play quality Chinese background music instead of American pop. Go there hungry!

A good variety of food with friendly service. Both the Lunch & Dinner Buffet include the Mongolian Grill with Chicken, Beef, Pork, Squid & Shrimp as meat selections & vegetables and sauces to create your own entree. There is also a Sushi Bar that is kept very cold. Dinner choices include more creative selections.The menu is consistent with few changes from day to day. Each dish has it's own taste (not like other buffets that have only black bean & garlic or salty & oily as a taste choice). There are usually 3 kinds of Shrimp to choose from for dinner (whole fried shrimp for lunch).A very good & delicious meal for your money.

Not very impressed. Standard kind of chinese buffet. Some of the selections are pretty good and it is all you can eat for a reasonable price. But watch out for the buffet hogs that have to pick all the shrimp out of dishes and leave the rest or feel they need to heap their plates with the whole tray of crab. It's an ugly scene at times. I guess if you like people watching, it is amazing what some of those people can pack in! If you want a nice relaxing dining experience try somewhere else!
