My son slipped and hit his head on the door
there was a huge gash on his eyebrow
I took him the urgent care hoping they could fix him and I would need to go the
busy Puyallup ED.
Doctor Ken as my son now calls him, was easily able to stitch my 7 years son's face
The best urgent care we have ever been to. We are so glad it is in our community

My experience at Puyallup Urgent Care could have been a lot better. From the time we got there to the time we left was over 3 hours. The staff was very unprofessional. They had us waiting in a back room with our door open and the nurses were discussing patients they had throughout the day, and they clearly didn't care if we heard or not. We heard one nurse joke about how many prescriptions they wrote to a patient and then heard a male nurse say "I'm glad I'm not her partner" after seeing a woman's test results, and when this woman first walked in she looked like she was crying and was clearly embarrassed to be there. Other than that, our doctor was very helpful and so were the people who helped with the X-rays.
