It is quite common to experience difficulties throughout life. When these difficulties arise an individual may seek the assistance of a counselor or therapist in order to better understand and deal with the issues. Deciding to seek counseling is the first step in change and is often one of the hardest decisions to make. With me, you can expect someone who is interested in listening to your concerns and in helping you develop a better understanding of these issues so that you may deal with them more easily and effectively.
