But alasfor the rent of $630 per space per month and zero amenities, septic systems so contaminated with water runoff that frequently gets tested for bacteria and lead; trees that could topple over at any moment; roads so torn up, street lights that havent worked in years; mobile homes with rotting roofs, rotting contractor steps, and moss covered roof tops covered with plastic tarps- it might be a score of -1.
