I love this place. They're open on saturdays, and they always know exactly what my car needs. I always feel like I'm being taken care of when I go. Anywhere else is a rip off. I don't go anywhere else any more!

The few times I have been at Purcellville Tire & Auto I have always been pleased with the service.
Quick id on nature/cause of tire flat allowed for a request of review by manufacturer for warranty review/claim. Purcellville Tire is always on the side of the customer.

Had an accident, hitting a bike wheel on the road on Sunday night. Monday morning I took my car to Purcellville Tire and Auto and they took me in right away. The tire could not be repaired so I optioned to get a new set of tires. They had me back on the road in less than an hour and a half and they were extremely friendly. The experience was very pleasent as always.
PT&A regularly goes out of their way to take care of their customers. For example: A Cooper tire on my brand new minivan picked up a large nail at the edge of the tread (plug repair won't work). The tire mfgr's road hazard warranty applies only to tires purchased retail - not to tires that come on a new car. The car dealer told me, "Tough luck." PT&A told me, we'll call the mfgr and see if we can't get them to underwrite a discount for "customer relations". It took about 10 minutes of PT&A's time on the phone, but they got me about a 40% credit (on top of a good price on the tire in the first place).
It took less time than I expected and as always service was friendly and courteous. Friendly, Fast and Efficient, Reasonably Priced service as always.
They were very busy in the morning, but still squeezed me in for a oil change and rotation, and I was out in about a hour. Try to come here all the time for these services. They do a quick check of the vehicle as well, but don't go poking around looking for "other" issues which I did not request. very happy!

I have been going to Purcellville Tire and Auto for 5 years, these people are A+, everything is fairly priced, and work has been perfect. You can't find a better place to have any type of work down to your car/truck
Friendly people and great service. Appointment was on time and just relaxed until the work was completed in a timely manner.
Prompt service; agreeable to help with ways to reduce costs (e.g. alternate parts); true to estimates given; somewhat more expensive than I anticipated for the work done. Have used them multiple times and have been satisfied with the work.
I had a slow leak in my right rear tire which they quickly found to be a screw that had embedded itself in the tire causing the leak. They repaired the leak immediately and I was ready to roll about a half hour after I brought the car in. Great work!!
Always great service. What would have taken 2 days at the dealer took 6 hours here. Cheaper as well
