His office is clean and his equipment is well maintained. His staff are friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and really takes time to listen and explain. He's conservative with his approach so I don't feel like I'm always being 'sold' something that isn't necessary. He does an excellent job and makes sure that I'm happy before I leave. He treats his staff and patients well. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a great dentist in the Loudoun County area.
