Called Ray's plumbing at 9a.m. Sat morning for an emergency leak in the ceiling, spoke with a less than friendly female who told me to take her off speaker phone - I did not have her on speaker phone so I started speaking louder, slower and enunciated each word, she impatiently told me she would take a msg and have someone call me back - nothing - no one from Ray's Plumbing ever gave the courtesy of a call back - Called another local plumber after waiting for 1 hour for Ray's to call back to no avail, the other company was very friendly, they came right out and fixed our problem - Ray's obviously does not need anyones business or maybe they might consider getting another answering service.
