These scum bags sent our DYING dog away because it was nearly lunch time... Refused to even look at him. The one old hag had the audacity to comment on the fact that someone had CARRIED a dog in so close to lunch(then giggled) but never got her lazy a$$ up to offer any assistance or even put the phone down. They call them selves professionals. That is a joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ANIMALS!!!! I took my best friend to them hoping for something. I knew he was not going to make it but I hoped they would at least help him be comfortable for what little time he had left. Unfortunately, it was lunch time...

New to the area, I was looking for a vet. Based upon a few positive reviews I gave her a chance. Huge mistake which caused my dog a lot of needless suffering. For example, they do not call with extremely important test results in a timely manner - there's enough stress in waiting for results without having to hunt them down. If there is a complexity or unexpected outcome Dr Karen will be "unavailable" or "out of the office. " Upon visiting the office you will find her outside smoking cigarettes with friends! Not the type of person you want to place the sacred trust of the health of your pet. After convincing you that she can help your pet she will run for cover and wash her hands through a referral to a specialist. Nice sales hustle. Time to retire Dr Karen Seaman. Oh, and her techs can't perform the simplest of tasks, e.g. drawing blood had my poor dog yelping in pain every time. Never had a problem like this at any other vet in 14 years. Quite simply, stay away. Prices are reasonable, but the staff is inexcusably incompetent from top to bottom. Go somewhere else, you can't do any worse. I don't generally write reviews so you know her operation has to be a nightmare for me to take the time to write one like this. The actual details are much worse in my case than I can outline here, but simply put her incompetence caused irreparable damage to my beloved dog. Again, stay away!!!

If you have nothing to do with your money, this is the place to go. Their rates are incredibly expensive.

Such a compassionate Doctor and staff! They were so gentle and kind to my dogs and cat! Definately the place to take your animals!

I have lived in many locations with my 12 year old dachshund, Annie, but our experience for the last 3 years with Dr. Karen and staff is by far the best. They are caring and concerned and extremely gentle. They are all very down to earth (you may find Dr. Karen sitting in the lobby having a conversation with someone). She never tries to push services on you (like another one close by), and she is extremely knowledgeable. I hope to be in this area for a long time.

Dr. Karen is the most caring, kind, loving and gentle veterinarian that I know of. Our little dog was treated like gold by both Dr. Karen AND her staff. We began taking our pet to her three years ago, and I would NEVER use another vet.
