This dealership is by far the most honest, friendly dealership in the state! Salesman Steve Shapiro was the best salesman I have dealt with in all my years of purchasing motorcycles, and I have purchased quite a few bikes. I highly recommend this dealership!

What a JOKE!!!!

Tried to buy 3 Watercraft and a Boat. Salesperson and Manager were complete idiots. Yesterday I went down to a local competetor and made my purchase.Not sure how they have stayed in business so far. Their staff is a disgrace and owner has issues. Miss the old days when they had a intelligent staff. The word around town is that this has become an elevating issue and people are starting to go elsewhere. I ride with over 50 guys and know everyone in town. IM sure I will hear the same once I hit the water. Can't wait til the day that go out and someone who has a clue takes over and takes care of the community. Joe

service and service manager suck

Went to have my atv fixed. I had them put a new timesert insert in my bike to find out that my bike was still leaking oil. Bring it to them the following week to find out 3 hrs later that it supposibly had small crackes in the block. Took it home and investigated my self to find they put a wrong pitch helicoil in it to were the oil was leaking between the bolt and the insert. And they told me the only thing to do is replace the oil pan. After telling them that they put the wrong insert in it and they screwd up. The service manger gives me an attitude for the wrong service they did. Tells me at first that it is a timesert and then later tells me they dont do timeserts. And that theres no difference between the two and i told them there is. And he didnt want to fix my bike. So now I still have a leaking bike that could cost me around 1000 or more to repair all because they screwd up and dont want own up to it. I hope nobody else runs into this problem. And make sure thet do the right service for u. Now I have a 9000 bike sitting.

Lousy service department

Sorry service and rude service manager

Took a SeaDoo in for serviceing after a breakdown while on vacation. Charged $90 dollars and told that there was nothing wrong with it. Took to the home dealer in Tennessee upon return and had serious repairs with 3.5 hours labor that thankfully was covered by warranty. Would highly recommend to not take anything here for any kind of service. Only gave 1 star because 0 isn't available

LOST SALES

Like below you lost $65,000 in sales in the last two weeks, probably because your sales people have the same arrogance as the alleged owner review below. You think you are so good you dont have to call back because people in this small community have no where else to go well your wrong Destination powersports!!

Later part of 2011 this dealer did not know BRP had a new line of ATVS coming out, I tried putting a deposit down, sales person said it was a rumor and he would check into and call me. NEVER DID!. Now I have already bought one 2 months after that delaer had no clue! Now I sold it and looking for another to customize ride and sell. Called back, talk to Mike, i told him the story and said I would like to give you another shot he replies" O yeah i have talked to you" now Im thinking I got the same clueless clown as the first time. Said he would call me with quotes on the outlander and renegade 1000. Mike never called back, so me and 5 of my friends went and bought 5 brand new $13,000 atvs at the dealer in the county over. You brag on here your sales are up from last year, well you will not ever get a penny from me or the people I know and you lost $65, in sales in the last two weeks. please do not think you are to big or got good enough sales to fail with customer service like that.

Yes we are human and do make mistakes. I can not fix them if I don't know what happened. We just closed the books on 2011 and we did DOUBLE the business of 2009 2) we pay an independent national survey company to make 3 attempts to contact all of our service customers. They reach a bit over 50% and we rank among the very top of all dealers nationally in customer satisfaction. 3) My personal cell # is also listed large and bold on our showroom wall. I do get the occasional call and I can assure you on a ratio of 10 to 1 I get many more calls telling me how fun and easy it is to do business with a team that understands they only sell one thing FUN!!Enjoy the ride!!Bill Shenk

Way overpaid for repairs that were not done correctly and took longer than promised. Very unhappy customer! Would give 0 stars.

I would not buy dog food from these guys.Ass holes with a capital "A"Arrogant sales people and not well trained.It would be worth the drive to Tampa or some other location to get good service.

not a pleasant place to buy a motorcycle,uninterested sales people,arrogant sales manager,poor selection of motorcycles and inability to answer direct questions about prices and ridiculous fees.It appears that when the sales manager/general manager says he spent 20 years in the car business it is obvious that it must have been selling shady used cars. do not recommend anyone unskilled in flim flam buy from this den of thieves...

employees of motor sports of tampa on florida ave.

how often do you drug test your employee'S? as well as some employees having affairs and people that have noticed this happening? Expecially the employees that close the store but never come out when the store is closed.
