Carl and his team put their blood, sweat and tears into my car after a series of unfortunate events beyond their control. They took a great loss to make sure everything was working for me. Highly recommend this repair shop!!!!

Would not recomend at all. I towed my car over to their shop exactly three weeks ago because my heater core broke. They were quick to find the problem but, that was it. It's been three weeks and all I have heard from the guy 'Carl' (always answers the phone) is, 'oh don't have time today gonna get started on the it tommorow', 'well by the end of this week it will diffinitly get done', and finally today 'oh didn't have time had some established costumers come in and didn't want to make them to wait too long so couldn't get it done but I talked to the other shop in town and I will take it over today'. This after I talked to him two days ago and was told it would be definitely done by the end of the week after three f*ing weeks. THIS guy is trying to tell me he doesn't want any new business or something? I have been stuck in Pullman for three weeks, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, he probably doesn't want your business cause he has established customers!
