After the way of a lot of stares when I walked into salon, an older. Woman. Approached me with " do you have an appointment"? Yelling whose turn is it. As she turned. . yes I am. Looking for a. Color. Hilite. We can get to you shortly. I waited 45. Minutes. While they sat chatting. Absolutely no. Customer service. When another customer. Stomped. Out. For cutting. Her. Bangs. And toooo short, my colo r was awful. Yes. My. Roots. And hi-lites. Were. Brass y. Orange when. I asked. For. The manager. She said. I. Wanted. Carmel and the manager. Smelled like. B.o. it made me go home crying....no excuse....downright rated worst

My favorite salon in Pueblo! The stylists were so friendly and helpful. I had so many questions about my hair and nails, they really know their business. They educated me about proper hair care and showed me how to maintain my style at home. I have never had anyone help me the way they did. It's so much fun there. I recommend Urban Hairstylists to everyone!!

Not pleased with the service I received. I waited at the front counter while everyone in the room stared at me with not even a "Hello" for at least 5min. I was about to walk out when a man approached me asking how he could help me. I told him I only wanted a trim. A TRIM. I walked out of there in tears missing 3-4 inches of of my layers hacked off. I will NEVER walk into that place again and I will inform everyone I know of who asks me what the heck happened to my hair what happened. I will be wearing my hair in a pony tail pinned back with bobby pins for at least a year I'm sure.
