Five Star Disposal is a horrible service, not only are they rude but they spread trash all over and refuse to pick it up. I would not recommend this service even if it were free....

Five star disposal is not recommended if you want on time, professional, and organized trash service. They have misquoted prices and then charged us extra with out notice in order to compensate for the misquote. They are never on time and some times days late for picking up the trash. And if you complain about your bill, they will simply pick up the trash cans and cancel your service with out notice instead of finding a resolution to a problem that began due to their lack of organization. If you are looking for great or even descent service..look elsewhere.
