Internet Income Tax Provider that offers no telephone support, only email support. Used the site for three years without issue but this year the site kept crashing, logging me out, and not allowed me to download tax forms. Email response from tech support said the webpage was working and it was my problem. Had same problem after switching browsers, WiFi Networks, and computers. Guess I'll do 2019 taxes with a competitor.
