What a freaking joke. I just found out that they are going to be canceling a bunch of classes at the Golds on 9th east. So I'm paying membership fees, plus maintenance fees plus I have the VIP pass for child care and they don't even have a day care. Not only that but their customer service stinks. It's a bunch of bratty girls that don't know how to speak kindly to frustrated members. Boo Gold's Gym!!!
