Founded in 1956, Brick Oven Restaurant is one of the largest and oldest full-service restaurants in Provo, Utah. It specializes in Chicago-style pizzas and Italian-style pasta dinners. The restaurant s menu features soups, pies, sauces, lasagna, pasta dishes, sandwiches, brownies and cookies. Its menu offers a variety of chicken, turkey, beef, mushroom and cheese entrees. Brick Oven Restaurant features a fruit and salad bar that includes a variety of fruit, vegetable, crab, seafood and pasta salads. The restaurant serves root beer manufactured by its self-owned and operated soda factory. Its party room has a seating capacity of up to 18 individuals and festival room accommodates up to 34 people. The restaurant s banquet room hosts various parties and events for approximately 60 guests. Brick Oven Restaurant additionally provides pickup and delivery services.
