My son has been renting at Alpine for a year now and I have been pleased with the situation. The underground parking is well lit and the fact that each unit has its own washer and dryer is a definite bonus. It also saves money since the machines are not coin operated. It is also good that each unit can control the temperature and has its own water heater. While the rooms are small, the unit is nice and the main living area comfortable. The year contract allows for freedom as my son travels home in between semesters, we do not have to worry about his stuff. The office staff has been easy to work with and I like the online payment. The price is good for single rooms close to campus. Overall, this has been a very satisfying experience.

Sure the complex seems nice because it is practically brand new, but it is a miserable place to live while going to school. When I moved my unit was a disaster. Dust everywhere, dirty bathrooms, crumbs in the cupboards, marks and holes all over the walls. So the first week of school I spent cleaning up someone else's mess. Management has continued to prove themselves as being inadequate. Be sure to hang on to all of your receipts because they have no clue how to keep accurate book keeping. Community garbages are frequently pilled up, which provides a wonderful stench through the halls and stairways. Overall Alpine is a disorganized disaster, and I would highly recommend avoiding it at all costs.

I found Alpine Village on yellowpages.com. I arranged a tour and loved it! So far this semester I have felt like a king living in the lap of Luxury! And it really close to campus!
