- The Yardley Room on the second floor of the main house has a romantic gabled ceiling with summer blue walls. A pine post king size bed, matching armoire and large closet make long term stays most comfortable. There is also a small writing desk under the eaves. Full private bath and tub. - The Writer’s Room is on the second floor of the main house. It is a large suite with beautiful sunset colors and a very quaint queen size bed under a gabled ceiling. A cozy leather reading chair and oak antique partner’s desk is beneath a window at the far end of the room. There is direct access to the rear deck for dining or lounging. Full private bath and tub. - The Larchmont on the main floor of the Inn is a master suite with queen size poster bed, gas fireplace, ceiling fan and lead mirrored armoire. Two winged arm chairs offer comfortable seating for reading and lounging. There is also a large private bath with full tub. This is a perfect suite for any special occasion. - The Four Seasons Room has a private entrance with small private deck as well as an entrance that leads to the Inn's common area. This room has three walls of windows with taupe wood blinds overlooking the gardens and grounds. It is furnished with a queen size wrought iron bed, chair with ottoman, dresser, and rose tapestry rug. It has a shared full bath that is in an enclosed hallway outside the door that leads to the common area and is shared with staff.. Amenities: A/C, ceiling fan, refrigerator, flat screen TV/DVD player, CD/AM/FM clock radio, hairdryer, clothes iron. cosmetic mirror

- The Garden Suite also has a private entrance accessed from the garden. Enter into this cozy living room with TV/DVD player and a couch that converts to another bed. - The Retreat has a private entrance and it's own deck that overlooks the Inn's secluded gardens. It is our most spacious and private two-room suite with large tiled full bath and shower. A vaulted ceiling, queen size bed and living room with writing table in a unique setting surrounded by trees and only a minute's walk to the bay beach. Amenities: A/C, ceiling fan, wall to wall carpeting, flat-screen TV/DVD player, microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker, barbeque grill, CD/AM/FM clock radio, 800 thread count sheets and towels, organic bath products, hairdryer, clothes iron, cosmetic mirror, and beach towels. - The Koi Cottage is adjacent to the koi pond where our four well-fed goldfish thrive year-round. The cottage has a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and a queen size bed. There is a sleeping/reading loft with full bed and skylights and a small kitchen/dinette equipped with a microwave, roasting oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The wisteria-covered porch is a relaxing place to read or meditate. Full bath with glass enclosed shower. Amenities: A/C, wall to wall carpeting, Flat Screen TV/DVD Player, CD/AM/FM clock radio, hairdryer, clothes iron, and cosmetic mirror.
