My wife and I ate dinner at Ran Zan on 9.22.2010. We arrived early and ordered a dinner bento with Tempura, and California roll and a bowl of Katsudon. The dinners came with salad or miso soup. My wife and I have lived in Japan for over ten years and we both speak passable Japanese. Our dinners were excellent and were similar to many dinners we enjoyed in Japan! Very authentic, attractively served and friendly service. We ordered a large bottle of Sapporo beer and enjoyed it while we waited for our entrees. The owners who are from Kyushu, Japan, know how to prepare excellent, authentic delicious Japanese food. And its very reasonable!
