Had to pretty much settle my case on my own. Then they charged me fees for stuff they never told me about. Underhanded lawyers. Should have expected it.

Slow and unresponsive to phone calls and requested paperwork. Failed to meat filing deadlines on legal paperwork. Kept changing hands of who was handling my case. Half the time they didn't even send in paperwork that would help my case. And you have to call them six or seven times to get them to call you back. One guy working my case quit and no one took over my case. Went an entire year without hearing from them until my appeal. They dont care about you. Also the positive reviews read like fakes.

Marasco & Nesselbush handled my case very well, and I was quite happy with the outcome. They are good communicators, excellent attorneys, they have really super-nice staff people, and they really care about what happens to you. I don't know what that other person means about hidden fees; they were totally up-front with me, and there were no surprises. Social Security fees are set by the feds, and their other fees are pretty much the same as anyone else's. Maybe one of their competitors made that comment. To me, what sets M&N apart is the way they fight for what you need, and how good their attorneys and staff people are.
