LESS THAN ZERO STARS. I got my car caught an entire day. I left my car saturday afternoon, the attendant told me and others to come back before noon on sunday. The morning after, the garage was completely closed, with mine and other customer's car locked inside. I wonder how Providence authorities can allow such a.... well, name it by yourself.

DO NOT PARK HERE! It won't allow me to give it 0stars otherwise I would. It claims "Event Parking $10" but then completely lock the garage and gates so you cannot get out. When someone finally comes, you are told you need to pay $20 for additional fees; however you can fight your way out of that. But save yourself the hassle and an extra 45 minutes of being locked in a garage and just park somewhere else. It appears like they do this often.
