I was pleasantly surprised to see how detail oriented Dr. Karkalas is. My initial exam was very thorough and the crown work done was excellent. She is very attentive to the patient, explains every step of the process and answers all questions that arise. Her office is very clean and fashionably furnished. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, including the wonderful spa-like experience with a massage chair, a neck wrap and a hand treatment. This customized patient experience made a big difference for me while undergoing a crown procedure. Patient comfort and satisfaction is #1 priority at this office.

The staff is very pleasant and attentive as well, making sure everything goes as planned (including reception, dental assisting and billing). I was very happy with teeth cleaning results done by Carolyn (office hygienist). Overall, Dr. Karkalas has a great team and a lot of happy customers.
