Gemma Law Associates, Inc., investigates and pursues cases on behalf of clients injured by auto accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, lead paint poisoning, dog bites, inadequate security and other personal injury and wrongful death cases. We also assist clients with workers compensation claims and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition to our work on behalf of clients, we have distinguished ourselves through our activity in local, state and national bar associations. Several of our lawyers have held or currently hold leadership roles in the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association and Rhode Island State Bar.
