Founded in 1968, Chad Brown Health Center is a not-for-profit community health center located in Providence, R.I. The company serves a diverse population of families, seniors, pregnant women, children, college students, immigrants, refugees and people of all races and ethnic backgrounds. It meets all community health care standards as established through the Bureau of Primary Care and the Department of Public Health and performs partnership activities through the delivery of services such as childhood immunizations, lead testing and HIV/AIDS counseling and testing. Chad Brown Health Center has scored in the 90th percentile in patient satisfaction in the Neighborhood Health Plans of Rhode Island quarterly evaluations.
