Absolutely horrible association. They decided to discard my elderly mom from services at a time when she needed care in her home without first contacting family and without an adequate explanation. They put my mothers health and life in jeopardy refusing to continue providing care for her!! Take my advice and find another health care company who actually care about the welfare of their clients.
