Terrible service !!! I tried to return a ponytail with the receipt, not even 24 hours after I purchased it, and they would not give me my money back, or work with me to get store credit. The ponytail's hair quality cannot be felt through the box and my husband did not like the quality when I showed him. Please don't go here! I am shocked by the disrespect this place showed me. Very unsatidfied customer.

Price is nice, New York style. Good quality hair, friendly and lots of information, just ask...

Excellent Service with a smile

Once I got there the man behind the counter was immediately helpful :-) I went there specifically to buy a wig. I've NEVER need to buy one before but my hair is really damaged @ this time so while I'm in the process of giving it treatments I want to wear a wig. But I don't know a thing about wigs. He was so helpful & PATIENT! I left there very happy with a very beautiful natural wig :-) I will definitely be going back there for future hair accessories

Hello, I bought a wig from this place at 10 minutes before closing time, late at night. They rushed me out of the store after I paid the 74,89 charge for a wig.

The very next morning my husband & I noticed a strong green tint to the wig and we tried the next morning to return. They were very nasty and would not do one thing to accomodate us in anyway. We went back on the day the owner was there and he was very nasty also. These people are not very friendly most of the time anyway and only treat certain races kindly. I should have known and not have done anymore business with these people .



You can purchaseany product that they have online at the same low price as this cheezy store.
