Provided by YP.comRecently bought a 2004 Chevy Suburban with 164000 miles because price was right. Needed several thousand's in mechanical work. I knew that going in. Left it with Issa the owner & Mike the manager of Bumper to Bumper for a week. WOW!! They went through it from one end to the other and it now runs great. I have no question to the talent and expertise there mechanicks have. They even called me a week later to see if everything was still OK. All parts are guaranteed for a lifetime.
Dependable courteous service.

Provided by YP.comThese guys are AWESOME!!! The BEST repair shop I have ever dealt with! They are the masters of customer service. They are very helpful in keeping repair costs down and are VERY knowledgeable!! They even knew how to work on my Porsche Boxster!!! I would recommend taking your car to these guys whenever possible. I now have a reliable, local repair shop!

Provided by YP.comWhat can I say. Went to get a simple state inspection done and was given a tour of the new place in the process. Prosper is one of those up and coming areas and I'm glad they are here. Waiting room is by far the best I've seen outside of a dealership. No hassle service on my 2 visits. They do get extremely busy because of being new and having so much business so they did have trouble getting me in exactly when I wanted. They have a paint/body shop in the back as well so I will going to them for that if it ever comes up. They do it all I guess. I really hope they can keep up when Prosper grows and they are on the main Preston Rd. It'll be a challenge to see if they can handle the volume. The shop is large and in a perfect location. I would give them 4 stars because no one is ever Perfect but will give them 5 because no one has ever given me a tour of the shop. Thank you again for that!

Provided by YP.comSo, let me say this is the most honest auto shop I have ever walked in. About 6 months ago I walked in and wanted to get a quote to fix the transmission on my Monster Truck "Big Hos". When I walked in I was amazed at the layout and all the amenities available to me. I didn't have to wait long before Mike E came out and without looking at my truck gave me a quote way under what I expected. He wrote the quote on the back of his business card and signed it. I thought WOW. Too Good To Be True. I went back a few days ago to find that Mike had a family emergency and has been out and don't know when he will be back. I spoke to Issa the owner and he honored the quote. The next day Danny called me on my cell to let me know everything they had found and has been keeping me in the price range of what I am willing to pay beyond the work in the quote. I WILL GO TO THIS SHOP FROM NOW ON!

Provided by YP.comI have had great experiences with Bumper to Bumper. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. I had body work and mechanical and maintenance work done during the same visit. I received a ride to the rental car place in Frisco and the car was delivered to my home after it was complete. Only a month later, I had another issue and I brought it back to them. I needed my car fixed very quickly and they were able to work with my schedule, pre-order the parts, and get me in and out very fast. Excellent job and great customer service.

Provided by YP.comI went to Bumper to Bumper in Prosper for the first time (they're relatively new here) this week to get a quote on front end repair work. Their prices were on the high side and the staff member I spoke with (I believe he was the service manager) was a bit rude and dismissive. I will say they have a nice waiting room - just wish the staffs' attitudes matched. I won't be going back.

Provided by YP.comWhere do I start? I'm new to the area and if this is what southern hospitality is... IM SOLD! I just moved down here with my company and I've been putting off getting maintenance on my car until I had no other choice. A co-worker recommended Bumper to Bumper and I thought I would give it a try.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and as the conversation with the skilled and professional manger continued my fear of mechanic shops quickly faded. They even quoted me $300 dollars less than what the other mechanic shop quoted. I told them that I would like to have my car worked on but I'm in a bind.
I explained to them that I needed my car as soon as possible because I'm a single mother in a new city and I don't have anyone to pick up my daughter. Without hesitation, they told me that they would stay over night to make sure it will be taken care of in time.
Not only that but Leena (I hope I spelled her name right) offered to give me a ride to pick up my daughter from school and then dropped us off at home. She was such a blessing. Words cannot describe how thankful I am--- just as I thought I was all alone I met these people. They were so professional and went out of their way for ME??!! It's weeks later and my car is running great--- I don't need anything from them, but I drop by from time to time to say hello. Thank you Bumper to Bumper.
On Sept. 30, 2013, I took my 1950 Chevy to Bumper to Bumper to look at the brakes. I left the car and was told it would be stored indoors. On Oct. 1, 2013 at 7:15 AM, I found that the car was left in the parking lot overnight - unlocked and all windows down. The car was soaking wet inside and out. I went inside and asked if the car was left outside overnight. The company representative nonchalantly said "yeah," then shrugged like it was no big deal. He offered no explanation and made no attempt to apologize. After a heated exchange, I demanded the return of my keys and left. The condition of the car when I found it is not the problem. The problem is that they left my antique automobile clearly visible and vulnerable in a wide open parking lot easily accessible from Preston Rd. Anyone with a trailer could have taken that car, and I would have never seen it again. To date, nobody has reached out to apologize or even acknowledge they put my property at risk of theft or vandalism.

Provided by YP.comThey do not care about their customers' property. I took my 1950 Chevy rat rod to them on Sept. 30 to look at the brakes. I talked with the owner, told him what I needed and we were in agreement. He said it may be a few days before they could get to it, but that the car would be stored indoors.
On Oct. 1 at 7:15 AM, I received a call from a friend who saw my car in the parking lot. I went over and checked, and the car was left in the parking lot overnight - *unlocked and all windows down.* The car was soaking wet inside and out due to dew and sprinklers and there was also a bunch of dirt and grass in the car from the landscapers and surrounding construction. The topper, however, is that they left my car in a wide open, clearly visible (from busy Preston Rd.) parking lot; a guy with a trailer could have taken that car in minutes, and I would have never seen it again. When I went inside and asked them if the car was there overnight, the guy behind the counter nonchalantly said “yeah,” then shrugged as though it were no big deal. I have yet to receive even a simple apology from them.
This place really doesn’t care much about its customers’ personal property or keeping their customer happy. This is doubly bad in my mind as I am their neighbor – I live right behind their shop!
