Prospect Heights School District 23 is located in Prospect Heights, Ill., and operates elementary and middle school. Its curriculum includes health, language arts, math, music, science and socials studies. Its winter activities include making a snowman, crossword puzzle, word find, downhill skiing, snowball fight, jigsaw puzzles, ice hockey and skating, frozen bowling and nutcracker hangman. The school serves more than 1,500 students from the towns of Prospects Heights, Wheeling, Arlington Heights and Mount Prospect in the state. Prospect Heights School District 23 also operates Township High School District 214. Its middle school provides classes in art, computers, health, home economics, industrial technology, life skills, music, physical education and Spanish.
